Herbs come in four possible forms: Lose bulk by the once (29g), Capsuled by 30 cnt, Tinctured by 50g or 100g glass bottles and as a Syrup. Lose herbs and capsules are sold paper bagged and labelled.

Tea Directions: It is best to brew a tea with finely chopped (leaf/flower) or powdered (root) herbs to extract all the plants properties with hot water within 10-15 minutes. When making a tea, you will use different measures depending upon the herb form (chopped leaf or powdered root). When you have a mix of powdered and chopped herbs, try to measure between 1/4 tsp and 1 tsp, depending upon how much you have of each in your mixture. Otherwise the general rule is:

1/4 tsp (compacted flat) powder = 1 tsp (heaping) chopped leaf [roughly 2g each]

1. Put your herb in your cup, or strainer and pour the boiled water over the herb.

2. Let seep 10 min for leaf and 15 min if you are using any powdered root. You can cover it, or leave it uncovered. It will stay hot enough for the time needed.

3. Strain off the herb and cream or sweeten your tea to taste. Many herbs are nice cold and can be kept in the fridge for an on-hand, nutritious and refreshing ice-tea.

Teas are best taken between meals or 1 hour before bed. 1 tea is considered a full dosage and can be taken up to 3x a day (morning, afternoon and 1 hour before bed) when treating a condition.

Tincture Directions: Tinctures are herbs that have been soaking in alcohol to extract the constituents, then allowed to aerate to burn-off the alcohol. Tinctures are absorbed through the lining of the mouth and throat and are an excellent choice for people with impaired gut absorbancy. Tinctures can be taken anytime, day or night.

Administer 1/2 vial (1g) under the tongue, or you can add it to water and swish it around your mouth and then swallow it. 2 grams is considered a full dose and can be taken up to 3x a day (morning, afternoon and before bed) when treating a condition.

2 grams of tincture = 1 tea strength

Capsule Directions: Capsule should be taken at night, before bed and 2 hours after eating. Generally, people take 2-4 capsule. 4 capsules is considered a full dose and can be take 2x a day (morning and night) to equal 8 capsule a day, when treating a condition.

4 capsules = 2 grams of tincture = 1 tea strength

Syrup Directions: Take 1 tsp in the mouth. 2 tsp is considered a full dose and can be taken up to 3x a day (morning, afternoon and before bed) when treating a condition.

2 tsp = 4 capsules = 2 grams of tincture = 1 tea strength
