Keto-Potassium Iodine, 50ml (640mcg)

Iodine is essential for proper thyroid function. Normally, you can get your iodine from foods that come from the sea, but seafood would need to be a constant and frequent meal for you to get what you need. The equivalent is 1 drop of iodine daily. You just take it in a glass of water or juice.
