Plantar Fasciitis: 3 Known Solutions

Hi Friends,

Many people suffer from Plantar Fasciitis. It involves inflammation of the plantar fascia — a tough, fibrous band of tissue that runs along the sole of the foot. The plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone (calcaneus) and to the base of the toes. This condition can last days to years, depending upon care and diet.

 Here are 3 known solutions.

 1.Low Carb Diet

Sometimes I feel like a broken record, but the fact remains that processed and carbohydrate food cause enormous inflammation in our muscles and tendons and is linked to hundreds of tissue diseases and conditions. Just getting your carbs down to 60 and eliminating grains will make a HUGE difference. Add in red meat and eggs and you will quickly see your body turn around and begin to heal.

 2.Proper Stretching-out

Many people have been instructed to stretch-out the bottom of their foot by pulling up on their toes, so the toes are pointed towards their ankle. This is the wrong direction of stretch. When you stretch this way it causes micro-tears in the fascia, aggravating and inflaming the area further.

The proper way to stretch-out the fascia, is to push down on the toes, pointing away from the ankle. You can use your hand or the ground to gently push down. This signals the fascia to relax and encourages blood flow to the area. Hold the stretch for about 3 seconds and release. Repeat this about 12 times, giving a moment of rest with each release, so the muscle has time to rest. Do this stretch as often as you want and for as long as you wish. It feels good, so go for it. Making a habit of stretching your foot this way will likely be beneficial to preventing any relapse.

3.Magnesium Chloride

Here, I’m specifically speaking to the Chloride (100% natural) version of magnesium. There are many “fake” pharmaceutical versions of magnesium that you take orally but they are useless for this problem and most of what you need magnesium for. You need REAL magnesium (Chloride) to meet your body’s needs and you need the REAL stuff to fix your fasciitis.

I sell a roll-on version of magnesium chloride that is perfect for your needs. I’ve added castor to it to enhance its pain killing, liver stimulating properties. Real magnesium’s primary job (it is part of over 3000 functions in your body) is to relax muscles and allow electrical signals to flow smoothly through them.

Taking the roll-on, apply it to the top and bottom of your foot/feet, at least 3x/day, in the beginning. It absorbs quickly, so this is a 1-minute application. Honestly, you can put it on every hour if you feel you need the help. You can’t take too much and if you have plantar fasciitis there is a very good chance that “low magnesium” is part of the problem. 70% of the population is dangerously low in magnesium, because it is no longer in our water, so we are not drinking it, nor bathing in it, or swimming in it, walking in it or feeding it to our gardens and livestock. You need a ton of it, but it is almost void in our environment.

Applying magnesium daily will keep your muscles soft and stretchy, as well as all the other benefits it offers (list below). We make it fresh weekly.

I know this will definitely help. Cheers, Kim
