Budget Ketovore: Part 2 - Christmas Chocolate Cake

This icing recipe is for traditional Cream Cheese icing without the butter, to give you a super creamy icing. I use this icing for practically all my "everyday" keto cakes and the special ones, because no one ever tires of delicious "real" cream cheese icing!

Also, I give directions on how to professionally (the easiest way) to ice a cake.

Enjoy! Kim

DIRECTIONS (ingredient list follows):

1.Measure out and powder your keto sugar with your coffee grinder and set aside.

2.Combine ingredients but add sugar last. Mix until smooth and velvety.

3.Slice cake into 2 layers, plus top.

4.Ice layers and assemble cake.

5.Ice on skim coat. This prevents crumbs in your icing and helps icing to stick easily.

6.Now put the remaining icing on the sides and top.
